FasTreat Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Fastreat for your ADHD online treatment services. We are committed to providing high-quality medical care and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, here is our refund policy.

Scope

This refund policy applies to all ADHD online treatment services booked and paid through https://www.fastreat.co.uk. Refunds do not apply where a clinician has provided a consultation and made a professional clinical judgment, even if this does not result in a prescription or diagnosis.

Booking and Cancellations

By scheduling a session through our Platform, you accept full responsibility for any fees associated with missed sessions as outlined in this policy. To cancel an appointment without penalty, we require notification at least 48 hours in advance. Failing to cancel within this time frame or missing an appointment will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of one hour session.

We understand that clients may need to reschedule or cancel appointments. Clients can do so directly through our system. For changes made at least 48 hours in advance, there will be no additional charge. For cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice, the full fee will apply. However, we will provide you with coupons to help you complete medical diagnosis and treatment.

If you recover or no longer require Fastreat during your treatment, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you paid a monthly fee and did not renew your prescription or consult your clinician during the payment period, you can contact support@fastreat.co.uk within 60 days for a full refund. Overdue refund requests will no longer be processed.

Late Arrivals by Clinician

If the Clinician arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes late for a scheduled session, you are entitled to request a full refund for that session. To receive this refund, you must choose to terminate the session and not proceed with the service at the time of delay.

Special Circumstances

If technical issues prevent the service from proceeding as planned, such as internet disruptions or software malfunctions, you are entitled to reschedule the service or request a refund.

Emergency Cancellations

In the event of an unforeseen emergency that necessitates the late cancellation of a session, please email us immediately at support@fastreat.co.uk with the subject line "Emergency Cancellation". Each emergency cancellation request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee if deemed appropriate.

Where the cancellation relates to a medical emergency (for example, a mental health crisis), patients will be entitled to reschedule without charge.
